How do I sign up?
To select your benefits and sign up for one of our plans, click here. After you have enrolled, our team will reach out to you to schedule an appointment. For questions, or if you would like to go ahead and set up your visit, be sure to give us a call.
What can I expect on my first visit?
We’ll do everything we can to help you feel right at home! When you come to see us for the first time, you’ll need to pay the one-time enrollment fee as well as the first monthly installment of your plan. You’ll then have instant access to the benefits of the plan you’ve chosen. Unless you have a specific problem we need to look at, we usually begin by performing a comprehensive exam, cleaning, and taking X-rays.
What should I do if I have periodontal disease?
For patients with periodontal disease, we offer a Perio Plan meant just for them. It covers routine perio maintenance visits and offers other discounts for perio-focused treatments.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We can also take your HSA card.
What preventive care is included?
Our plans include preventive services such as dental exams, cleanings, and X-rays. These are completely covered by our plans, and they will be available to you based on the visit frequency you select.
What other discounts are included?
With our plans, you’ll gain instant access to discounts on a wide variety of restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, root canals, and more. And, unlike insurance, our plans can also be used to cover elective procedures like veneers, teeth whitening, and dental implants.
How do I receive a discount on procedures?
Once you have signed up for a plan, just schedule an appointment, and we will automatically apply your discounts. You don’t have to fill out any additional paperwork!
Is there a waiting period for benefits and services?
No! When you sign up, you gain instant access to your plan’s benefits.
What is a Rollover Reward?
When you sign up for a plan, you will earn reward points after each cleaning or perio maintenance visit. These can then be used to help you save even more on the services you need. The points don’t expire as long as your membership is active.
Can I combine my Rollover Rewards with other family members?
Yes! If you have multiple family members who are signed up for our plans, you can combine your Rollover Rewards to use them on a single procedure.
How do I cancel my membership?
You will be billed the stated monthly amount for the duration of your plan, and this cannot be canceled during the 4-6 month period. If you would like to NOT renew your plan, please let us know, and we will discontinue it once your current plan has ended.
